Im a 33 year old male lurching in the swamps of Southern Louisiana. I recently began taking photography as a more serious hobby, and am looking to observe and learn from the great many photographers out there who use this type of community to share their work.
In a perfect world, I could spend my days wandering around great cities and countrysides with a camera at hand, capturing the magnificent work of artists, architects, and the beauty of God's hand upon the earth

Loved reading your bio...I have been involved with DA for four years but still feel the same way you do. I have learned a great deal from so many wonderful people here and have developed some pretty special friendships. I hope that you enjoy your experience on DA...I enjoyed your gallery...

Hectic in the best way imaginable, why? because we willingly sign up for them. I don't mind it at all because the vibe on dA has been positive and fun, you get to talk to folks who shares what you love, and talks to no one you don't care for, like that jerk in your office...make sense! Enjoy!

actually, the more technical the better. he best photographers, through experience, can run through a mental checklist a mile long as they size up all the emelents in the challenge. so.. the best information often is technical in nature, then applied at the creative instincts of the artist to pick/choose how they are represented.
Thats just my leyman's .02 cents, how I approach the learning, apprenticeship and knowledge transfer of those who 'know".. Until Im in that category. I will follow the golden rule.. 'Fake it till you Make it!"
